T-Mobile Recognized For Excellent Customer Service

T-mobile has received the highest rank in wireless retail customer satisfaction in a J.D. Power and Associate study. T-mobile first emerged on the cell phone market in 2002 and is currently headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. T-mobile was rated either high or above average by their customers in this particular study that consisted of four unique categories: sales staff, store display, store facility, and price/promotion.
High Expectations
There are many people that have high expectations of customer service departments with any company in today’s society. I, as I am sure many others do, take pride in a company that has exceptional customer service. There is something about a company with superior customer service that will keep me coming back over and over again. On the other hand, I will not do business with a company that has poor customer service. I am sure that T-mobile knows that once a customer has a terrible experience, they will tell someone and that person will tell someone else. So it is very important for T-mobile to limit the mediocre customer service experiences and focus making them all great experiences. People also tell their friends and families about great customer service encounters as well.
All of the categories that T-Mobile was recognized for are things that are very important when a customer is looking to spend their money to obtain new cell phone service or update their existing service. In all four categories, T-mobile ranked high or above the industry average. In the sales staff measurement, they ranked the highest and significantly higher than the industry average. Their sales staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable about their products each time I went into the store. From what I saw on a recent visit, the store had very nice displays that encourages customers to rate them the highest among all wireless carriers on this study. T-mobile scored well above other wireless carriers because the customers experienced a two minute or less hold time. I myself have not experienced this because I have not had to call into customer service. T-mobile is a great company because my service is working as it should so I do not need to call into customer service. T-mobile also ranked above the industry average in the last category of price and promotion. This press release says a lot to me about the overall focus of T-mobile. It also speaks about the customers who do business with T-mobile. T-mobile has a strong commitment to ensuring that their customers are highly satisfied at each point of customer contact.
