Lightening speed Internet connections and overall strong performance is what you will get from the new 3G Network from AT&T. If you are not exactly sure what "3G Network" means it is just a fancy term for high speed Internet connections.

Basically the development of the 3G technologies helped cell phone used make faster data-transmission and gave them both a greater network capacity to work with and a variety of advanced network services.

When people are looking for a way to shoot a report or other business document across to someone in their business or to a client they are able to maneuver this transaction right from their cell phones.

Although it may seem that AT&T is bragging about this and we can't be sure that they are telling the truth, we can say that it is the truth because this fact has been tested. There are a variety of third party researchers who participated in these tests so that they could see whether this statement was true.

In the tests they downloaded a lot of applications with different resources and they found that AT&T had the fastest one of all they tested. This shows a commitment to their customers. In addition, AT&T has spent over $20 to upgrade their system and continue to make it a better experience for their customers.

AT&T Listens to Customers

If you ask me it seems a great thing to know that there is a company that really cares about what their customers think and what they need. In another action they are actively working on upgrading the data capacity of their 3G markets by doubling it. They are doing this because they anticipate that more people will want to use this technology.

As more people find out about this AT&T is creating additional 3G capacity to several of their cell sites across the country. One of their press releases states that a group called Yankee Group predicts that there will be an increase of 3G subscribers by 2012 that is so phenomenal that anyone who is working with the 3G technologies should upgrade now to get ready.

To date, the 3G technologies are available in 296 major metropolitan markets and they are upgrading to use the 850 megahertz (MHz) spectrum to help hold these connections inside buildings.

According to the top executives at AT&T one of their goals is to continue to provide the best global coverage. It should also be noted that they are the only ones who offer 3G data roaming. This is available in 60 countries and in 200 countries they have voice calling.

We hold up our cell phone lights and wave them to AT&T to let them know that this is a job well done. We will be watching to see what else they come up with as they expand their products.
