What Is The Cell Phone Logos Feature?

Cell phone logos are mostly to be found on Nokia mobile phones. But other top manufacturers too are now following suit because of the growing popularity of logos.

But what is a cell phone logo anyway? Well a logo is of course a symbol or an emblem if you prefer. And these logos can be sent to your compatible phone the same way a new ring tone would be.

Once their, you might be able to use the logo as graphics to replace your carrier’s operator logo that appears whenever you have a signal. Or you can use your logo as a graphical addition to caller ID. To give more than a number, but not as much as a full resemblance can be found in cell phone photo caller ID.

These logos can be assigned to individual callers or as what is known as 'group graphics' to match up with a section of your phone book. Like 'family' or 'friends' for two well known examples.

A logo on a cell phone (sometimes known as an icon) can also be employed as a screensaver too. So if you’re a sports fan for example: you’ll probably be able to download your favorite team’s badge or logo.

So these cellular logos, like other graphics including cell phone wallpaper, animations and screensavers can bring more fun and individuality to your wireless handset.

Cell phone picture messaging and picture sharing is great fun too. More phones now allow for EMS (Enhanced Messaging Service) where small texts and melodies can be added to the pictures too. And MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is more capable still, including larger photos, more text, graphics and audio and video clips.
