T-Mobile Camera Phones – Changing Photo Capabilities

The Eastman Kodak Company and T-Mobile USA – the operator of the largest carrier of Wi-Fi wireless broadband in the United States - have announced an agreement to simplify online picture sharing using as revolutionary new program on T-Mobile camera phones and Kodak Easyshare One digital cameras. Now able to use Wi-Fi outside of the home or office on their T-Mobile camera phone or Kodak Easyshare One digital camera, users are able to access an integrated Wi-FI service in T-Mobile HotSpot spots across the United States. There are more than 5,000 convenient locations throughout the country.

A Trial Period – For New Users

Anyone who purchases a Kodak Easyshare One digital camera will be provided with an initial camera-specific T-Mobile HotSpot access plan for a trial period. T-Mobile HotSpot subscription plans will be made available for Kodak Easyshare One digital camera during 2005 and give users control like never before over how and when they share pictures and whether they view them on the LCD screen, online, or as prints.

The Kodak Easyshare One digital camera is truly revolutionary coming equipped with direct picture e-mailing and online album viewing via a Wi-Fi connection through compatible home networks. The digital camera can also hold up to 1,500 of the user’s favorite pictures for instant display on its high-resolution, 3-inch touch screen. In addition, the digital camera has the ability to generate high quality still pictures as well as video. No other digital camera on the market gives digital camera users such extensive ability to take, organize, share and print their pictures.
