Mobile Internet. Yahoo Mobile Internet is a suite of Yahoo! products and services, including e-mail, instant mobile phones messaging, games and news content. All of these services will be available via Nextel handheld cell phones and available to Nextel subscribers. By making the core Yahoo! Services available, Nextel customers are able to take advantage of Yahoo!'s wireless mobile phone messaging functionality. This means that Nextel customers are able to stay connected and informed no matter where they are on the Nextel nationwide network. This new relationship between Nextel and Yahoo! Mobile Internet is a continuation of Yahoo’s commitment to offering solutions for mobile users across the United States. Accessing the services is simple and straightforward. Nextel customers need merely log into Yahoo! from their wireless cell phones and they will immediately be able to access all sorts of Yahoo! functionality including Yahoo! e-mail services so they can communicate while they are at home, work or while traveling, Yahoo! Messenger allowing short text messages to be sent between wireless devices and PCs, Yahoo! Sports giving users up to the minute sports results, Yahoo! News providing users with real time U.S. and international news, including top stories, breaking business news, and the latest from the world of entertainment and finally, Yahoo! Games where users can 'take five' with the latest mobile downloadable games.
