The Zire 72 cell phone boastw a built-in digital camera with digital audio/video capture, playback ability, and Bluetooth wireless technology, it is designed for busy professionals. The Zire 32 phone adds color and MP3 functionality and is designed to students, adults and seniors. This article examines each phone in more detail. The Zire handheld phone – model 72, has a built-in 1.2-megapixel camera and MP3 player and is the first fully functioning personal organizer from palmOne that also enables video capture. The Zire 72 cell phone also enables users to create and edit Word and Excel compatible files, and complete synchronization with a laptop or PC through with Microsoft Outlook. The Zire 72 cell phone also offers 32Mb of memory, an expansion slot for more memory and a high resolution screen. The Zire 32 is an entry level phone, designed for a wide variety of customers. It is a budget phone and suits people who are working towards a monthly budget for their cell phone. The Zire 32 is able to store thousands of phone numbers, addresses, lunch dates, meetings, birthdays, doctors' appointments and shopping lists so it is perfect for people who are busy, busy, busy. It has a bright, colorful screen which is ideal for viewing photos of family and friends. It comes standard with 16Mb of memory and an expansion slot for users who want more. Users can also access more than 20,000 downloadable applications including the new palmOne Personal Information Management software.
