April 30, 2005 By: Alison Lelliott Motorola Smart Phones – On The Cutting EdgeMotorola has always been at the forefront of technology with its cell phone offerings, and its latest Motorola smart phones products, based on Microsoft's Windows Mobile software, are once again on that cutting edge but with a wholly practical focus. Aimed squarely at business professionals the MotoPro series of Motorola smart phones is quite truly a market leader in terms of phone technology. Check out these Motorola smart phone options below. Take for instance, the Motorola MPx cell phone which is a clamshell shaped phone that opens both horizontally for keyboard functions with email and Internet and vertically for phone and camera usage. The mobile has integrated WiFi, Bluetooth and a slot allowing a memory upgrade of up to 1G which is ideal for storing photos and other multimedia items. The Motorola MPx 100 cell phone is far more traditional although it still offers Bluetooth, an MP3 player and a mini slot for up to 512M-bytes of additional memory. A keyboard can be purchased as an accessory for those who want seamless cell phone communication to their office when they are away. Mobile phones like the Motorola MPx and Motorola MPx 100 all come standard with a 1.3 megapixel camera with flash and software that allows total synchronization with Microsoft's Outlook e-mail client. As the second largest manufacturer of cell phones after Nokia, Motorola also offers higher end cell phone devices such as the Motorola A1000 which is designed specifically for more data intensive usage such as video telephony and include 1.2 megapixel cameras with zoom.
