AT&T Wireless has added Dallas and San Diego in their list of states, where they are providing the service of continuous high-speed cellular data connections and streaming video services to the cell phone customers. With the combined technology of Nokia cell phones and 3G UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) of AT&T Wireless, customers staying in Dallas and San Diego can access the new cellular broadband service from anywhere. Price of both Motorola A845 and the Nokia 6651 mobile phone is US $299.99. AT&T Wireless authorities claim that the average cell phone data speed of this new cellular broadband service through the Nokia cell phone is between 220 and 320 kilobits-per-second (kbps), and it may go up to 384Kbps. The company authorities are also hoping that UMTS can be easily and affordably upgraded to HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access). Once launched, HSDPA will have a data access speed of 14.4 megabits-per-second (mbps). AT&T Wireless through its GSM mobile phone services offers voice services in about 150 countries and data services to about 60 countries, through a compatible cell phone. With this new mobile enabled technology, cell phone consumers can have access to video and audio entertainment services on their cell phones. It will help the mMode cell phone customers to have ready infotainment on their telephones from a variety of sources like, ABC News, NPR News, CBS Market watch, Weather Channel, soap opera recaps, movie reviews and trailers, horoscopes, book reviews and what not. If a business house wants to avail of this cell phone service, they may contact an AT&T Wireless' business sales representative. The cell phone company is also offering monthly-unlimited mobile mMode cellular phone plan for $24.99 and business houses only need to pay a little more and get unlimited data access for $79.99 per month.
