The Sprint PCS Vision Smart Device Treo™ 600 by palmOne has the same features but without the camera. The product is available throughout the nation. Businesses can now provide their employees with the best tools to stay connected and at the same time maintain security by buying the newly launched product. Few corporates were worried that the camera on the Treo Vision Smart device would be a security concern. To overcome this concern the new Treo has been launched by Sprint without the camera so that the corporate world can heave a sigh of relief. The camera version would also be available for businesses wanting them. Businesses, like real estate, prefer phones that have a camera. The new Treo Vision Smart device without the camera, comes with the same variety of features that were there in the previous version which included the camera. The non-camera version has features like the Palm OS® 5.2.1 based organizer. The keyboard also comes with keys that are dome shaped and is the traditional QWERTY keyboard. Other features like email, messaging and web-browsing along with a Sprint PCS phone. The Treo 600 is available for $599.99 at Sprint business channels like PCS direct sales force, Sprint stores etc. Sprint wants to remain ahead of the competition and hence come up with the new Treo 600 by palmOne so that industry is not concerned over a small camera which could hinder their security. The new Vision Smart device version also contains a 144MHz ARM 9 processor and 32 MB memory. The cell phone has a built in speaker phone, with buttons that can be customized. There are various options for checking emails as well. The new version is attracting a lot of attention and could fast becoming a favorite among businesses.
