January 26, 2005 By: Michelle Harris Sprint Video Clips – Watch Cartoons On Your Mobile PhoneSprint PCS Vision Multimedia Services has enhanced its audio and video content by adding two new Vision multimedia services and channels and Sprint video clips. The two new channels are Cartoon Network Mobile and Adult Swim Mobile. Both these channels would be available for Sprint subscribers over the Sprint Nationwide PCS Network (CDMA 1X). Streaming audio and video content would be available on demand. Sprint subscribers can also access and watch or hear more than 600 streaming video or audio clips every single day. Cartoons are an addition to the existing news, weather, sports and entertainment channels. Cartoon Network is from the Turner stable and is the world’s biggest library of cartoons. Video and audio clips from original series like Dexter’s Laboratory, Powerpuff girls etc would be available. Adult Swim is late night cartoons for adults. Original productions would be showcased on the Adult Swim Mobile channel with videos from The Venture Bros, Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law etc. The cost for the viewing of these channels is just a nominal $3.95 per month. Users of the network can now view their favorite cartoons when in need of a much needed break from their routine. This is the second channel after CNN from the Turner Broadcasting System to be found on the Sprint PCS Network. Vision multimedia services that are offered by Sprint PCS Wireless other than the above mentioned channels can be selected and watched for prices ranging from $3.95 to $9.99 per month. In fact the content provided on the network is fresh and usually you can find the latest news, sports, entertainment etc. Users can also opt for Sprint TV which is a compilation channel that provides latest news and the goings on in sport and wholesome entertainment.
