AT&T Blackberry Service – Stay Linked

Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has chosen AT&T Wireless to provide the BlackBerry® service to its management and enforcement staff positioned countrywide. AT&T Blackberry Service would be available for the staff of SEC.

The SEC is positioning almost 800 BlackBerry devices at its Washington, D.C. headquarters, and 11 local and district offices across the U.S. so that its staff can stay linked to critical information contained in e-mail when away from their desks. BlackBerry handheld phones are a primary wireless connectivity solution provider and is mainly admired among the Wall Street community, of which AT&T Wireless counts quite a few top financial firms as clients. BlackBerry handheld phones are in fact fast emerging as a status symbol. The handheld phones are attractive and a tool that keeps you connected all the time. Not just the Wall Street community but even businessmen are getting attracted towards BlackBerry handheld phones.

The SEC has been a valued AT&T Wireless voice customer for a number of years and they are happy that they have been chosen for their wireless data requirements. Organizations such as the SEC gain a lot from AT&T Wireless’ advanced coverage country wide for both data and voice. Recent improvement to AT&T Wireless' GSM network have resulted in doubling of its countrywide handheld phone service region and improved call quality in dozens of cities across the country. AT&T Wireless has also come up with a new GSM America national plan which allows business customers to make voice and data calls without getting charged for domestic, long distance or even roaming charges.
