The most common kind of cell phones voice memo is one where the user punches in choice they would like from the features menu, then simply hits a button and records their message.

Another way that cell phone voice memos can be accessed is through the use of voice command technology. If a cellular phone allows for voice commands, then it is possible it will allow the user to simply say the command words, such as “Take Memo, Ten Seconds” or something similar and proceed to record the memo for the user without having to push any buttons or set anything up beforehand.
