November 20, 2004 By: Nathan Menzies Wireless Camera Cell Phones – Share The FunWireless camera cell phones let you capture the moment as it happens—and then share it instantly with all your friends. Using Multimedia Messaging technology, you can send a picture from one wireless phone to another with the touch of a button. When you start shopping for a wireless camera cell phone think about the places you like to take pictures. If you take a lot of pictures indoors, then you probably want a cell phone model that has a built-in flash. Digital zoom is nice for getting close-up shots. Some camera phones have picture editing software so that you can adjust brightness and tone. If you want to record special moments of your life—like baby’s first steps—look for a mobile phone that takes video clips as well as still pictures. You can share clips with other phones or post them online. The best digital cameras take high-resolution pictures. A cell phone with a 310k pixel camera (sometimes called VGA) takes pictures that are perfect for sharing with other mobile phones. Pictures from a VGA camera can be displayed on computer or television screens. Camera phones with 1.2 megapixel resolution, like the Motorola V710, can produce crisp photo-quality 4 x 6 inch pictures. Don’t forget about the telephone part of camera phones when you do comparisons. A speakerphone is great for hands-free conversations. A five-way joystick can make it easier to navigate menu options. An earbud headset is another easy way to get hands-free mobility with your phone. This year manufacturers are offering the smallest, lightest and thinnest phones ever. With online or in-store specials many of these mobile camera phones are surprisingly affordable. With marvelous new technology and prices dropping all the time, camera phones are catching on all across the country, from places like Franklin, Virginia all the way to Roy, Utah and Bothell, Washington.
