Verizon PDA Phones — All Your Data In The Palm Of Your Hand

Wouldn’t it be great if you could get your e-mail, work on documents and organize your schedule whenever you had a little downtime? Verizon PDA phones give you the power to stay on top of things along the freedom of a wireless phone.

PDA stands for personal digital assistant, a term used to describe palm-sized computers that can do many of the tasks a desktop model can do. The Verizon PDA phone line starts at the top with the Samsung SPH-i700 cellular phone. This Windows-powered Pocket PC cell phone lets you run familiar applications like Windows Pocket Outlook, Pocket Internet Explorer, Pocket Word and Pocket Excel. You can manage your email or connect to a corporate website. An integrated digital cell camera has zoom and exposure control for great pictures.

The Samsung SCH-i600 is a stylish cellular flip phone that runs the Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 operating system. The OS cell phone gives Windows users a familiar look and feel, while supporting favorite applications like Microsoft Outlook.

Verizon also has two models of BlackBerry wireless phones. These cell phones have their own operating system and do not have the full range of third party cellular software that is available to Palm and Windows PDAs. Nevertheless BlackBerry has powerful email capabilities.

For cell phone users who like the popular Palm OS, Verizon offers two cell versions of the Treo 600 cellular phone, one with a cell phone camera and one without. Both Treo PDAs have an integrated QWERTY cellular keypad for faster text entry.

Verizon’s range of PDA cell phones make it easier than ever for users to control their cell data, whether they are in Marshall, Texas, Staunton, Virginia or even Mukilteo, Washington. Optional software like Virtual Private Network can give you a secure connection to your office network. While it may be easy to overlook, at the heart of every PDA phone is a great cell phone.
