Cell Phone Products – What Do You Need?

If you found a new cellular service plan with free nights, free weekends and a free phone, you may have some cash left over to buy a few extra cell phone products. Now you’ll need to decide which cell phone products you need.

New cell phone products are coming onto the market all the time. Aside from the products that come with the cellular phone, faceplates, cases, clips, holders, mobile chargers, car kits, data cables, radiation shields, headsets and key pads are just a few that you’ll have to choose from. But, do you really need all of these products?

If you have just purchased your first cell phone, then it might be best if you hold off on purchasing any additional cell phone products. Use your cellular phone for a few weeks first to see what types of products you will really benefit from.

A few of the cell phone products that many users find most helpful include:

  • Headset. You can use a headset in the car and anytime you need your hands free. You’ll have to decide if you need the wired or wireless variety.
  • Clip or holster. Some type of apparatus that allows you to attach the cell phone to some convenient place on your body will be a welcome accessory.
  • Mobile charger. Don’t leave home without one no matter what the sales person tells you about how great the battery life of your cell phone is. A mobile charger that works in the car is probably the most convenient.

If there’s on cell phone product that you can pass on, it’s the radiation shield. The effectiveness of these devices is yet to be proven.
