Mitsubishi Cell Phone – New i-mode

New technology in the Mitsubishi cell phone is now being offered to European cellular customers. The latest line of the Mitsubishi cell phone incorporates the features of i-mode™.

Developed in Japan, the i-mode™ was introduced in Europe in 2002. Mitsubishi Corporation is now developing phones that take full advantage of i-mode™ technology which provides quick, easy access to the Internet. Consumers equipped with these new phones will be able to browse the web for news updates, shop online, send e-mails and download files.

The m342i phone was introduced to the European market by Mitsubishi in 2004. They designed the phone with a built-in VGA camera and an amazing 262,144-color display. The display brings digital photos, web pages and gaming graphics to life. The vivid display makes playing Java-based games on the phone a treat.

The m342i was a collaboration of Mitsubishi’s European Division and the company’s Japanese headquarters. Mitsubishi pride is in bringing together the technology and design expertise of both Europe and Japan to create its products.

The Mitsubishi m342i is the third offering in Mitsubishi’s i-mode™ cell phone line. Introduced in 2003, the m21i was the first Mitsubishi phone to have i-mode™ technology. With each new i-mode™, the company continues to make improvements in features and style. Although the m342i is the sleekest of the three phones, all Mitsubishi phones have user-friendly designs and easy-to-navigate menus.
