September 10, 2004 By: Mark Harris Audiovox MVX502 Cell PhoneThe Audiovox MVX502 cell phone works in two ranges, traditional AMPS and the enhanced narrowband AMPS (N-AMPS) for basic messaging with some carriers. A built-in rapid charger means less hassle. Other features include analog anti-fraud security authentication, auto PIN dialing, SID management and one-touch emergency dialing. The Audiovox MVX502 mobile phone offers caller ID and voicemail notification through some carriers. Memory locations keep track of 25 frequently used numbers. The Audiovox MVX502 dual mode cellular phone has up to 80 minutes talk time, and up to 12 hours standby. Optional accessories sold separately for the Audiovox cellular phones include a handsfree car kit, leather carrying case and battery eliminator.
